Two of our editors are holding military MRE’s in their desks — in case of Apocalypse.
This got me thinking, “What is my essential inventory for the Apocalypse?”
I’d have to start with food — simply prepared, with little extra ingredients. Plus, they’ll need to have some nutritional value. Best bet? Twinkies and Pop Tarts.
Then, I’d need some tools to help build shelter. Hammer, check. Screwdriver, check. Saw, check. Also a gun — for killing demons, of course.
Can’t bring the iPod, we don’t know if we’ll have electricity. That leaves the laptop out, too. Plus, none of my favorite sites would be updated anyways…
